The Mileage Module is designed to support UK HMRC legislation by enabling you to keep track of business miles driven during the course of a tax year. The module is particularly useful because it serves as a dairy of work journey's made during the year. You can decide upon the level of detail to record for each journey and be safe in the knowledge that you have sufficient records in the event of an HMRC audit.

The module is intelligent enough to recognise threshold limits and automatically calculates the correct mileage payment upon entering a record. Mileages are brought and carried forward on a monthly basis throughout the current tax year. Speadsheets can then be easily created upon clicking the export button.
